| |  Click here to view or print the User Commitment letter that was sent to Western La Plata County property owners on April 9, 2010 that provides the opportunity to commit for domestic water taps for their homes and properties. Click here for a commercial tap commitment if you have a business, multi-unit, governmental or community-use property such as a church or community hall. The deadline for commitment was May 15, 2010, with a $500 monetary commitment needed for each tap desired to be reserved. Residents that did not participate in this initial offering and sign up for a tap after the system is built will pay a higher tap fee.
