Barb McCall has been in the Durango area for 33 years, with 21 of those years on the west side of La Plata County. She is currently serving her second term as a board member for the La Plata West Water Authority (LPWWA) as appointed by the Animas La Plata Water Conservancy District. Prior to serving as a board member, she served on the Advisory Council for the LPWWA for several years. She brings over 18 years experience from the construction materials testing and inspection industry, as well as project management capabilities. She is looking forward to the fruition of many years of work by the board in developing a community water system that will serve as a major infrastructure for the west side of La Plata County for years to come.
